Hyve IRRIS Platform
Where institutional capital meets infrastructure deals — already scored, structured, and ready to fund.
WHAT IS IRRIS?
Two problems. One platform. Both sides of the infrastructure financing gap — solved.
$94 trillion in institutional capital is mandated for infrastructure, yet most deals aren’t investment-ready—nearly 73% of the $25–150M pipeline dies in diligence, leaving capital idle while projects go unfunded. IRRIS is the platform Hyve built to close that gap: it evaluates projects, produces a structured HCR score, identifies what must be fixed to reach institutional standards, and connects qualified deals with the capital already looking for them.
FOR INVESTORS
Deals That Come Pre-Qualified
Every project in IRRIS has been scored before it reaches an investor. HCR ratings are attached before the first conversation. Institutions see the score, the reasoning, the gaps, and the structure — not a pitch deck. Capital deploys faster when the work is already done.
FOR SPONSORS
A Roadmap to Getting Funded
IRRIS identifies precise documentation gaps and directs sponsors toward what must change. No guessing what institutions need. IRRIS maps the exact path to institutional-grade readiness, dimension by dimension.
THE SCORE
HCR Powered by NEXA
At IRRIS's core is NEXA. It scores every deal across eight structured dimensions and outputs an auditable HCR rating before the first investor conversation.
THE EXECUTION LAYER
From Score to Funded Deal
IRRIS connects the HCR score to Hyve's financing architecture — MTNs, TRS, PPNs, and ROV structures. Once a project qualifies, IRRIS converts the rating into an executable financial structure that institutions can buy, fund, or syndicate.

One platform. Three constituencies. One outcome.
Project onboarding to HCR score: 48–72 hours.
HCR scores inform and accelerate deal structures.
Every change to a deal updates the score.

HOW IRRIS WORKS
Submit a deal. Receive a score. Get funded.
A project sponsor submits deal documentation to IRRIS. Documentation does not need to be complete. IRRIS tells sponsors precisely what is missing and what it means for their score.
NEXA processes the documentation across eight risk dimensions simultaneously. Within 48–72 hours, a structured HCR score is produced — with full dimension-level breakdown, identified gaps, and a clear assessment of whether the deal meets institutional investment thresholds.
Qualifying deals move directly to IRRIS's financing layer. The HCR score feeds into real options valuation and capital structure modelling — determining which instruments are appropriate and how to take the project from a rated asset to a closed transaction. IRRIS is where infrastructure projects stop being interesting and start being funded.
Infrastructure doesn’t fail—capital just misses it. IRRIS fixes that.
